Hate Crime laws aimed at those who have different opinions, and supervises the stiffer punishment for those who commit crimes because of their beliefs. This is ridiculous. It ‘just as justified by the government to Hispanics or African-Crime laws – that just because someone is a descent, when they commit a crime, the penalty is stiffer. It would be justified if the government made a law crime woman? What if a woman commits a crime, the sentence against him is more difficult? Or what about the crime, Islamic law, that Muslims will be punished when they commit a crime more difficult? Or can the Jewish Institute for criminal law, where Jews suffer more severe penalties, or we can institute laws Crime disabled, where people with disabilities suffer the harshest punishment, or we can institute laws Crime illiterate, where the illiterate suffer more serious penalites. All of these offenses would be unfair.

The reason is this: whatever the color of a man or the sex of a person, not their state of physical education or a crime is a crime, and cruelty cruelty . If a man beats a black woman to death, it is as much a crime, and as much an outrage if a white man beats a woman to death. Similarly, if a penalty can not be cured because of your gender, ethnicity, or state, then how the sentence could be increased because of its significance? The fact is a racist or a non-racist beating a woman to death is the same amount of damage, the same amount of suffering caused. To say that racism has to undergo a more severe penalty because of his racism is to say that the black man must undergo a more severe penalty because of his ethnicity, or a woman to undergo a more severe sentence because of his sex or a person confined to a wheelchair to suffer a more severe sentence because of their condition.

Some might argue, however, that comparing hate crime laws in the race crime laws is a false analogy. A Crime Act argue against the view, while the Act speaks crime against another race. If this is true, so that we can make laws against the spirit – this unspeakable act – then it would be acceptable for Congress to prohibit other convictions that they are unpopular. If the Democrats dominate the Congress, they can easily pass a law against crimes Republican: if a Republican commits a crime, the penalty is double, but if a Democrat commits a crime, the penalty is reduced by half. Or, as Democrats and Republicans seem to have nearly equal power in Congress at that time, there could be an apolitical criminal law: if a non-Republican or Democrat commits a crime, the penalty is doubled, but if a Republican or Democrat commits a crime, the penalty is reduced by half.
